The complete and correct details of the data in the order form are essential to ensure correct registration of the toll device. Therefore, please ensure that the information on the vehicle is identical to that in the vehicle registration document or the registration certificate Part I, as well as the vehicle type or rating plate, the CEMT certification, and other documents.
Please pay particular attention to the correct entry of the registration number. This must correspond exactly to the spelling of the license plate specified in the vehicle registration document or Part I of the registration certificate. The use of hyphens, special characters, and spaces is particularly important here. Incorrect specification of the license plate can lead to penalties.
Since both the customer and the delivery address must be specified in the order form, please make sure to fill in both fields, even if the addresses should be identical.
