In case of a fine, we need the following information:
- Toll device serial number, (e.g. 030000123456789)
- License plate, (e.g. RO-TT-123, please indicate the registration number in the format in which it is visible on the vehicle registration document, i.e. if the OBU is registered without a space/hyphen, please indicate this here as well.)
- Exact date and time (time zone) of offense (e.g. 01.02.2021; 08:03, please note the format DD.MM.YYYY for the date).
- Country in which the penalty incurred, (in the form "toll domain" e.g.: BG)
- Fine amount incl. currency
- Customer name
Furthermore, we need all proofs or documents relevant to the fine (e.g. scan of the fine receipt), which show the information and the time of the fine.
On this basis, the fines will be checked in cooperation with our technical department. As soon as the check is completed, we will inform you of the result immediately.
If we discover that the fine was caused by a technical problem on our part, we usually assume the fines for this reason and transfer them to the bank details given in the document.
