In the case of a penalty, we require the following information:


  • OBU-ID/serial number (e.g., 030000123456789)
  • LPN (license plate number: e.g., LL-110JL)

The license plate number must be entered in the same format as it appears on the vehicle registration certificate. This means that special characters and/or spaces must also be included.

  • Exact date and time (including time zone) of the penalty (e.g., 01/02/2021; 08:03 (OEZ))

Please also note that the date format is DD.MM.YYYY (day/month/year).  

  • Toll domain (= country in which the penalty was incurred, e.g. BG)
  • Amount of the penalty including currency
  • Customer or customer name


We also require all evidence or documents relevant to the penalty (e.g., a scan of the penalty notice) that show the details of the penalty and the date of the penalty.


On this basis, the penalties will be reviewed in cooperation with our technical department. Once the review is complete, we will inform you of the result immediately.

Important: If the penalties are older than 6 months, we can no longer have them reviewed by our technical department. 


If we determine that the penalty was caused by a technical problem on our part, we will generally cover the penalty fees and transfer them to the bank account specified in the document.
