As with the order form, complete and correct details of the data are essential when the license plate is changed in order to ensure correct registration of the toll device. Therefore, please ensure that the information on the vehicle is identical to that in the vehicle registration document or the registration certificate Part I as well as the vehicle type or rating plate, the CEMT approval and other documents.
Please pay particular attention to the correct entry of the new license plate. This must correspond exactly to the spelling of the license plate given in the vehicle registration document or part I of the registration certificate. The use of hyphens, special characters and spaces is particularly important here. Incorrect or incorrect specification of the license plate can (depending on the toll operator) lead to sensitive fines.
In order for the EETS toll devices to be correctly registered with the respective toll operators due to a change in license plate number, we need the following documents in the appropriate formatting:
- Vehicle registration / registration certificate part I
- Type or rating plate of the respective vehicle
- CEMT- Certification

The data transmitted to us must be forwarded to the respective toll operator. Please note, therefore, that the license plate change is only valid and active as soon as the toll operator has confirmed this to us and our partner support team has informed you about it incl. the new vehicle declaration (as soon as possible).
