As with the order form, it is essential that you provide complete and accurate information when changing your license plate number to ensure that your toll box is registered correctly. Therefore, please make sure that the vehicle details are identical to those in the vehicle registration certificate or registration certificate Part I, as well as the vehicle type or performance plate, the CEMT certificate, and other documents.
Please pay particular attention to entering the new license plate number correctly. It must match exactly the spelling of the license plate number stated in the vehicle registration certificate or registration certificate part I. The use of hyphens, special characters, and spaces is particularly important here. Incorrect or false entry of the license plate number can result in severe penalties (depending on the toll operator).
In order to register the EETS toll boxes correctly with the respective toll operators following a license plate change, we require the following documents in the appropriate format:
- Vehicle registration certificate / registration certificate part I
- Type or performance plate of the respective vehicle
- CEMT certificate
