If you are experiencing problems with a toll box, e.g. it does not open the barriers, please first clarify the following questions:


  • Does the vehicle have a coated windshield?  
  • When the driver holds the toll box out of the window, does it work?   
  • Is the toll box installed correctly according to the operating instructions?   
  • Has the driver changed vehicles?   
  • Was the toll box not working at one toll station only, or is it generally not working?   
  • Did the driver enter the toll station at the prescribed speed?  
  • Since when has the toll box not been working?

We usually offer a replacement if the driver continues to have problems with this toll box, and we cannot rule out a technical defect.


Of course, we will replace defective toll boxes free of charge and send the new one to the customer's delivery address as confirmed by you. 


Toll boxes must be returned to tolltickets within 21 days, otherwise we will have to block them at your expense. 


Important: Replacements are only available for VIA-T, ViaVerde, and Westerschelde boxes.
