Upon request, toll devices can be blocked in our database and also with the toll operator.
Reasons for this can be, for example:
- Driver has lost the toll device, or it has been stolen
- Toll device has been replaced, and the defective toll device has not been returned within 21 days.
- Customer wants to block all toll devices and the customer account with tolltickets
- Payment problems
We will, of course, inform you as soon as the blocking has been finalized.
