In the case of an error message or a defect with the toll box, we require the following information:


  • OBU-ID/serial number (e.g., 030000123456789)
  • LPN (license plate number: e.g., LL-110JL)

Please note that the license plate number must have the same format as in the vehicle registration document. This means that special characters and/or spaces must also be included.

  • Exact date and time (including time zone) of the error message (e.g., 01/02/2021; 08:03 (OEZ))

The format of the date must be DD.MM.YYYY (day/month/year).

  • Error-Code (e.g., 12001)

A detailed description of the various error messages can be found in the OBU manuals.

  • Toll domain (= country in which the error message occurred, e.g., BG)
  • Status of the “Technical” and “ContractualLED (green or red)


On this basis, the error messages/defects will be checked in cooperation with our technical department. Once the check has been completed, we will inform you of the result immediately.
