You can access the ticket system at https://tolltickets.freshdesk.com/en/support/home under “LOGIN” with your email address and password.


If you have forgotten your password, a new password will be sent to you after you click on “Forgot your password?”.



Once you have logged in, you can select your request ticket type under “Home” and “Choose your ticket form” then fill in the required fields and click on “SUBMIT.” A ticket will then be automatically created for us.   


You will also find our knowledge database on the home page under “Solutions.” In the knowledge database, you will find information about specific toll boxes or processes.    


Lastly, there is the “Tickets” option, where you can see an overview of all tickets created by the partner.
